Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Document Controls Specialist to support the Gateway Hudson Tunnel Project (HTP). You will review construction work plans and report on compliance and environmental permitting requirements as part of the Delivery Partner team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in document control on large infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with PMIS tools (SharePoint, eBuilder, PM Web, Oracle, Kahua) and Windows software.
• Strong detail orientation and organization under high pressure.
• Excellent communication and follow-up to meet deadlines.
• Experience in engineering/construction document control on major projects ($500M-$1B).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain project documentation per standards.
• Classify and store documents using PMIS tools.
• Coordinate document reviews with stakeholders within 10 days.
• Track pending reviews and implement version control.
• Conduct audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide training and support on document control processes.
• Generate regular document control reports.
• Maintain clear communication to meet deadlines on aggressive schedule.
