Job summary

pSemi Corporation, a Murata company, is seeking a Senior Document Control Specialist to oversee the document control function across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain. You will manage controlled documents, ensure lifecycle integrity, and drive compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and AS9100.

This role operates with minimal supervision, provides guidance, administers EDM/PLM systems, and leads improvement projects to reduce cycle times while preserving traceability and audit

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in document control, quality systems, or records management.
• Experience with PLM, QMS, ERP, or electronic document management systems.
• Knowledge of change control, revision control, records retention, and quality management systems.
• Experience supporting audits and compliance activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage creation, review, approval, distribution, revision, and archival of controlled documents.
• Maintain document control processes, standards, and procedures.
• Administer numbering, revision control, retention, and records management.
• Coordinate document changes with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations.
• Provide audit support with required documentation.
• Lead processes to improve workflows and user experience.
• Train employees on document control requirements.
