Job summary

Kiewit Nuclear Solutions is seeking a Document Control Manager for Advanced Technology to lead strategy and execution of document control across large projects. You will drive scalable processes and ensure audit-ready records from engineering through turnover.

Collaborate with engineering, procurement, construction, quality, and project management to optimize workflows, mentor teams, and deliver compliant documentation on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information management, construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in document control, records management, or project administration on large projects.
• 3+ years of leadership directing document control teams and staff development.
• Experience on large, fast-paced Advanced Technology or industrial projects.
• Deep knowledge of revision control, records retention, transmittals, and turnover requirements.
• Proficiency with InEight, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and SharePoint.
• Strong data management and MS Office skills for handling large volumes of project information.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to align cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee document control for large, complex Advanced Technology projects.
• Define and implement document control strategy, processes, and standards.
• Integrate document management systems across engineering, procurement, construction, quality, and commissioning teams.
• Ensure timely, controlled document flow in line with contractual requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop document control teams.
• Identify risks and drive continuous improvement in document control performance.
• Oversee audit readiness, reviews, and turnover documentation.
• Champion standardization and compliance across projects.
