Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information management, construction management, engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in document control, records management, or project administration on large-scale projects.
• Proven leadership (3+ years) building and developing document control teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee document control operations for large, complex Advanced Technology projects across the full lifecycle.
• Define and implement document control strategy, processes, and standards for scalable, efficient management of project information.
• Integrate document management systems and workflows across engineering, procurement, construction, quality, and commissioning teams.
• Ensure accurate, timely, controlled document flow including drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs, and turnover docs.
