Job summary

Kiewit Nuclear Solutions is seeking a Document Controls Specialist to support field DOE construction projects in the Idaho Falls area. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and accessibility of controlled documents across multiple teams and sites.

The position requires hands-on management of document control systems, training project teams, and ensuring timely distribution of transmittals and revisions on a busy construction site.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in document control, preferably in a regulated industry.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Perform process assessments to ensure accuracy of controlled documentation.
• Oversee the approval, maintenance and distribution of documents and retention policies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support audits and inspections.
• Develop, implement, and maintain document control systems and procedures.
• Manage document lifecycle from creation to archiving.
