Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of document controls experience on infrastructure projects.
• Public-sector or transportation environments experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of document lifecycle management and revision control.

Responsibilities

• Lead document control activities for infrastructure projects across all design and construction phases.
• Maintain, organize, and track project documentation (drawings, specs, contracts, submittals, RFIs, correspondence).
• Manage document workflows, revision control, transmittals, and distribution.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, contractors, and client reps.
• Ensure proper archiving, indexing, and maintenance in electronic DMS.
• Monitor document status and deadlines; resolve discrepancies.
