Selene Holdings is seeking a Doc-To-Data Analyst to lead advanced data analysis across mortgage servicing and loan boarding. You will investigate data discrepancies, map definitions, and coordinate remediation with cross-functional teams to improve accuracy and controls.

The role requires strong Excel, Power BI, and SQL skills, with experience in loan-level audits and reconciliations. You will mentor offshore teammates and contribute to KPI development in a hybrid remote setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in mortgage servicing, loan boarding, quality control, auditing, reconciliation, operational risk, data analysis, or related function.
• Experience performing complex loan-level investigations, full loan audits, data reconciliations, and root cause analysis.
• Experience supporting loan transfers, servicing conversions, data migrations, data mapping, or similar complex data activities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including lookup functions, PivotTables, data validation, exception analysis, and large-dataset reconciliation.
• Experience with mortgage servicing systems, workflow tools, Power BI, SQL, or other reporting and BI platforms preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as main escalation point for offshore associates, prioritizing issues by complexity and risk.
• Lead complex investigations involving data discrepancies, mapping defects, reconciliation breaks, and audit findings.
• Perform root-cause analysis to identify origin of issues and determine resolution paths.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to test and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, controls, and reporting on data quality, exceptions, and aging.
