Job summary

Selene Finance LP seeks a Doc-To-Data Analyst to lead complex data analysis, loan-level investigations, reconciliations, and issue resolution across mortgage servicing and loan boarding. The role serves as a key escalation point for data discrepancies and audit findings, driving root-cause analysis and preventive actions.

You will coordinate with Technology, vendors, and stakeholders to test mappings and changes, mentor junior analysts, and push for data quality improvements and control

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in mortgage servicing, loan boarding, auditing, reconciliation, or related field.
• Experience with loan-level investigations, data mappings, and root-cause analysis.
• Experience with data migrations, data mapping, and QA of reconciliations.
• Strong Excel, SQL, and BI tooling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analysis and complex investigations for mortgage servicing and loan boarding.
• Escalate data discrepancies and coordinate cross-functional resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective actions to improve data quality.
• Develop and maintain KPI reporting on exceptions, ageing, and resolution timeliness.
• Mentor analysts and coordinate offshore team guidance on investigations.
