Selene Finance LP is seeking a seasoned Director of Data Analytics & Insights to transform complex data into actionable business insights and drive performance across Selene's servicing operations.

This senior individual contributor role partners with executives and business leaders to analyze portfolio data, identify opportunities and risks, and provide actionable recommendations that influence strategy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of analytics, BI, reporting, or data management experience.
• Advanced SQL to query and validate large datasets.
• Experience with power BI or equivalent BI tools.
• Strong mortgage servicing domain knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Analyze mortgage servicing and portfolio data to identify trends and risks.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Develop executive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Collaborate with technology and data teams to ensure data integrity.
• Present findings to senior leaders, investors, and clients.
• Lead ad hoc analyses and respond to executive requests.
