Formentera Operations LLC, based in Austin, Texas, is seeking a Senior Division Order Analyst to support Working Interest Partners and Royalty Owners. You will manage ownership records, review documents, and respond to inquiries promptly and accurately.

This role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and collaboration with Land, Accounting, and Technical staff to ensure timely ownership decks and changes, while maintaining organized data in OGSys.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Division Order Analyst.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and related MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices for division orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee communications with Working Interest Partners and Royalty Owners.
• Review documents and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain ownership records and update ownership decks.
• Input ownership information into OGSys.
• Collaborate with Land, Accounting, and Technical staff.
• Assist with day-to-day duties and acquisitions.
