Job summary

Opportune LP, based in Houston, TX, seeks a Sr. Division Order Analyst to determine royalty and working interest ownership by analyzing title documents and owner correspondence.

The Analyst will maintain and update electronic records to reflect current ownership, serving as a key member of the Land Administration team in our Northwest, Houston office with responsibilities including establishing ownership, resolving title issues, and updating property records.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree and at least five years of Division Order Analyst experience.
• Experience with land administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Division Order Title Opinions to establish ownership.
• Update Opportune’s systems to reflect ownership changes.
• Prepare Division/Transfer Orders in accordance with record title ownership.
• Assist clients and royalty relations specialists with inquiries on ownership changes and title issues.
• Process executed division orders, transfer orders, and address changes in Opportune’s systems.
