Permian Resources is seeking a Division Order Analyst to support properties in Texas and New Mexico from Midland, TX. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to handle inquiries, DOIs, and data integrity, while ensuring compliance and efficient records management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in division order or land records roles.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma acceptable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Spotfire.
• Experience with land systems such as Quorum (QRA, QDO) preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Answer internal and external inquiries.
• Create and maintain Revenue and JIB decks.
• Review title documentation to determine accurate interests on DOIs.
• Assist with SOX compliance to sustain certification.
• Assist landmen with data conversion, research and cleanup.
• Review Title Opinions and work with Landmen to cure title requirements.
• Support owner relations inquiries.
• Maintain electronic and paper records.
• Generate and distribute division orders and transfer orders.
