Tarrant County College District (TCCD) is seeking a Coordinator, Benefit Programs to oversee comprehensive administration of employee benefit programs and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple campuses. You will support payroll, HRIS, enrollment accuracy, and vendor coordination while educating employees on benefits offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years’ working experience related to the Essential Performance Requirements; or any equivalent combination of experience and education
• Experience with benefits administration, payroll, and HRIS processes is preferred

Responsibilities

• Supports leader in administrative activities including information distribution, invoicing, and reporting
• Completes various administrative projects, including expense reports and payment of invoices and contracts
• Processes HR data validation, 1095-Cs management, and HR system workflows
• Partners with benefits administration and vendors to resolve employee concerns and support benefits experience
• Monitors data entry and updates in HRIS from eligibility through termination
• Performs billing reconciliation for benefits programs and resolves discrepancies
• Assists with internal and external audits by preparing documentation and supporting inquiries
