Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead district sales performance across London & South East, delivering revenue, market share, and profitability objectives.
• Develop and execute district business plans, forecasts, and strategic account growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, hospital leaders, and key healthcare stakeholders.
• Coach, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team through field engagement, performance management, and talent development.
• Support complex sales opportunities, product adoption, and clinical education activities within key accounts.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and business performance to identify growth opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of commercial, clinical, and operational priorities.
