Job summary

Spineart SA seeks a dynamic Sales Director to lead regional spinal implant and orthobiologics sales. You will drive strategy, revenue growth, and market share by building and managing independent distributors, while partnering with surgeons and hospital executives to position our motion preservation and fusion technologies.

The role requires extensive field leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strict adherence to regulatory guidelines to ensure compliant commercial activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of medical device sales experience with 5+ years in spinal implants in a leadership role.
• Track record of exceeding quota and building high-growth sales teams in orthopedics/spine.
• Active relationships with spine surgeons and hospital decision-makers in the territory or nationally.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute commercial strategies to hit revenue, margin, and market share targets.
• Recruit, train, and retain elite independent distributors and foster high performance.
• Engage with spine surgeons and executives to drive product adoption and clinical advocacy.
• Analyze regional data, forecast trends, and allocate resources to capitalize on opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Regulatory, Medical Education, and R&D for product launches and training.
• Ensure all activities comply with AdvaMed, FDA rules and corporate policies.
