Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MS/MBA/PhD preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in sales or cross-functional commercial roles in healthcare.
• 2+ years of direct sales management experience including leading through change.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight/weekend travel.
• Must reside in the geography or be willing to relocate there.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration across teams and functions.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise and regional direction into district strategy with clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Drive district performance across immunology and rare disease portfolios with customer-focused execution.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team through hiring, performance management and development planning.
• Provide advanced coaching and mentoring to strengthen selling effectiveness and clinical execution.
• Drive demand generation and care transitions across outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Build relationships with key customers and stakeholders and strengthen cross-functional partnerships.
• Anticipate market dynamics using data to adjust strategy and protect performance.
• Influence internal partners across Sales, Medical Affairs, and Marketing.
