Responsibilities

Regional Distribution Engineering & Technology Strategy and Governance—Define and govern the Americas distribution engineering & technology strategy across an integrated 3PL and J&J-operated network.
End-to-end solution architecture, design and technical assurance—Lead due diligence and evaluate concepts, proposals, and lifecycle support models.
Facilities, critical infrastructure and asset-light governance—Provide regional oversight of facilities and infrastructure affecting safe and reliable operations.
Program oversight, implementation and lifecycle management—Oversee regional engineering portfolio from concept to ongoing lifecycle performance.
Process engineering, continuous improvement and benefits realization—Lead Lean, Six Sigma and data-driven improvement across the network.
Provider performance, reliability and operational resilience—Establish performance framework and drive cross-site improvements.
