Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Senior Manager, Distribution Engineering & Technology – Americas Deliver Excellence to provide strategic leadership, governance, and technical oversight for end-to-end distribution engineering across a North America and Latin America network.

You will lead regional standards, architecture, and lifecycle management for WMS/WCS/WES, OT, MHE and automation, guiding 3PLs and providers.

Responsabilidades

• Regional Distribution Engineering & Technology Strategy and Governance define and govern the Americas distribution engineering and technology strategy across an integrated 3PL and J&J-operated network, aligning priorities with service, capacity, cost, resilience, growth, and digital strategy objectives.
• End-to-End Solution Architecture, Design and Technical Assurance lead technical due diligence and challenge 3PL and partner concepts, proposals, business cases, layouts, process designs, controls architecture, systems integration, and lifecycle support models.
• Facilities, Critical Infrastructure and Asset-Light Governance provide regional oversight of distribution center facilities and critical infrastructure, including capacity, utilities, fire protection, environmental controls, dock/yard infrastructure, equipment, and related requirements.
• Program Oversight, Implementation and Lifecycle Management oversee the regional engineering and technology portfolio from concept to handover, stabilization, and lifecycle performance.
• Process Engineering, Continuous Improvement and Benefits Realization lead a regional pipeline of CIP projects using Lean, Six Sigma and data analysis to improve productivity, labor efficiency, and throughput.
• Provider Performance, Reliability and Operational Resilience establish a regional framework for availability, throughput, reliability, and maintenance, guiding 3PLs, landlords, OEMs and partners.
• Standards, Risk, Quality and Cybersecurity deploy global standards and governance to ensure safety, quality, qualification and validation across distribution technologies.
