Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Manager, Distribution Network Strategy to design and optimize the global clinical supply distribution network. The role partners with IMSC Deliver, stakeholders, and 3PL/4PL providers to balance patient service with inventory and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 6 years experience in global logistics, distribution network strategy, procurement, or related clinical supply chain roles.
• Knowledge of GxP requirements and regulatory considerations is essential.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing external spend.
• Project management certification (e.g., FPX, PMP) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and advance the global CSC distribution network strategy and roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end decisions balancing service, inventory, transport, and costs across 4PL/3PL and internal capabilities.
• Develop business cases based on total cost, service, and resilience.
• Establish governance framework with lane standards and decision criteria.
• Maintain strategic partnerships with internal teams and external providers to enable scalable network capabilities.
• Drive digital integration with SAP and IVR/IRT platforms to improve order integrity and visibility.
