Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Horsham, PA is seeking a Manager, Distribution Network Strategy to define and optimize the global clinical supply distribution network. You will collaborate with internal teams and external providers to balance patient service, inventory levels, and cost across the end-to-end network.

The role requires a strong background in logistics, GxP, and project leadership. Familiarity with SAP and IRT/IVR integrations is preferred; travel and relocation are not specified.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in supply chain, logistics, engineering, life sciences, business or related field.
• 6+ years of global logistics and distribution network strategy experience in a regulated life-sciences setting.
• Knowledge of GxP, temperature-controlled distribution, quality systems, and global provider governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and advance the global clinical supply distribution network in partnership with IMSC Deliver and J&J stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to balance service, inventory, cost, and compliance across 4PL/3PL and internal networks.
• Develop business cases and roadmaps, evaluate 4PL/3PL options, and drive governance for network optimization.
