• Proven knowledge of NESC and other applicable codes and standards.
• Strong computer and communication skills; ability to learn new client programs and systems.

• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and manage workloads for team members.
• Coordinate task assignments to maximize staff utilization and review designs for quality.
