ResMed in Moreno Valley, CA is seeking a Distribution Manager to lead site-wide operations across two shifts, align staffing, and ensure safe, high-quality service. You will guide four Area Managers, oversee 80 indirect employees, and optimize inventory with WMS and Oracle to meet customer commitments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience implementing inventory control systems and continuous improvement programs.
• Experience leading across multiple shifts or broad operational scope.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements for warehouse operations.
• Experience using a warehouse management system for inventory accuracy and control.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-focused approach to protecting service, quality, and delivery.
• Availability to adjust hours and respond to after-hours escalations.

Responsibilities

• Lead distribution operations across both shifts to meet safety, quality, service, and delivery priorities.
• Guide four Area Managers and ~80 indirect employees with clear expectations.
• Champion safety programs, cleanliness, and regular equipment inspection/maintenance.
• Translate forecasts into practical labor plans balancing workloads and costs.
• Align teams daily on staffing, priorities, and deadlines to operate as one center.
• Standardize operating methods and cross-shift communication.
• Develop Area Managers and hourly teams through coaching and mentoring.
• Oversee receipt, inventory movement, packaging, and shipment to meet specs and timelines.
• Manage inventory controls and product traceability with WMS and Oracle.
• Improve processes by removing non-value-added activities.
• Track performance and use data to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with site leaders and other locations to resolve cross-functional issues.
• Balance quality, delivery, workforce, and budget with agility.
• Travel as needed.
