Job summary

ResMed Inc in Moreno Valley, CA, seeks a Distribution Lead to direct daily distribution activities, manage shipping/receiving, and partner with management to foster a culture aligned with ResMed’s values.

This role requires a GED, 3+ years in distribution/warehouse with 1 year in leadership, and proficiency with Oracle and WMS systems. Shift hours Monday-Friday 2:15 pm to 11:15 pm, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; 1 year in distribution/warehouse leadership.
• Strong MS Office skills and data entry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily activities for distribution employees.
• Oversees warehouse operations, inventory control, and cycle counts.
• Expedites critical shipments and ensures OSHA/FDA/ISO compliance.
• Participates in system upgrades and training of staff.
