Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a warehouse/distribution environment.
• Must have 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience implementing inventory control systems and continuous improvement programs.
• Strong familiarity with MS Office applications.
• Prior WMS experience and knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Support safety programs to maintain a safe work environment.
• Review forecasts and determine labor needs to meet daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
• Meet with team daily to balance labor and meet deadlines.
• Foster continuous improvement and elimination of non-value added activities.
• Ensure proper staff training to effectively meet customer demand.
• Mentor and motivate hourly workforce to achieve goals.
• Ensure materials are received, stored, and shipped on time and to spec.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and manage documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to solve cross-functional issues.
