Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years industry experience designing, building, scaling and supporting backend systems.
• Proficiency in a major programming language (e.g., Java/Go/C/C++/Python).
• Deep curiosity for distributed storage and systems design.
• Strong delivery, communication, and teamwork.
• Experience delivering large-production services with operational excellence.
• Customer-centric mindset and leadership/mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Independently drive execution of complex technical projects end to end.
• Build mission-critical backend services with high performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug inside a complex stack (microservices, containers, virtualization).
• Ensure services meet availability and performance SLAs for customers.
