BlueVine Capital Inc. is seeking a Senior Disputes Operations Analyst to own the end-to-end lifecycle of complex client dispute claims across debit, credit, and non-debit channels.

You will file dispute claims with external vendors and conduct thorough upfront and post-resolution investigations, ensuring adherence to internal SLAs and accurate decision-making. You’ll collaborate with Customer Service, Fraud, and Product teams; mentor peers; and contribute to process improvements with Risk and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in dispute resolution in fintech/banking.
• Strong knowledge of card networks (Visa/Mastercard), NACHA rules, and wire/check recovery.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume daily queue of complex disputes across debit, credit, and non-debit channels.
• File dispute claims with third-party vendors and FIs; perform upfront and post-resolution investigations.
• Conduct data reviews to validate legitimacy per Business Bank requirements.
• Lead investigations into unauthorized transactions and monitor for card fraud/ATO patterns.
• Own the formal appeals process for denied claims and support escalations.
• Mentor peers and provide guidance to analysts; collaborate on non-card recovery efforts.
