State Employees' Credit Union is seeking a Debit Card Disputes Analyst to support members by processing non-fraud disputes across multiple applications. The position is hybrid in Raleigh, NC, requires a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), and about 2 years in debit card operations or related financial services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in debit card operations or financial services is valued.

Responsabilités

• Verify claim accuracy and determine necessary actions; obtain extra documentation as needed.
• Resolve routine and moderately complex disputes; process reversals of provisional credit.
• Analyze incidents requiring knowledge of multiple products or account types.
• Resolve cardholder liability based on a reasonable investigation.
• Manage all aspects of the dispute process in compliance with Visa/Mastercard rules and regulations.
• Review and respond to cardholder inquiries about claim status.
