Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with customer service focus.
• Proficiency with computers and standard office software.
• Ability to work collaboratively with drivers, maintenance, management, and customers.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily routing, scheduling, and dispatch operations to ensure safe, efficient, on-time service.
• Coordinate driver and monitor assignments, ensuring routes are staffed and covered.
• Monitor sign-in/out times, track attendance, and adjust route hours to reduce overtime.
• Maintain dispatch logs documenting vehicle assignments, route changes, and incidents.
• Review route change requests and submit changes for approval.
• Ensure AM/PM routes are reviewed and dry-run before service start.
• Coordinate route bidding processes and assign routes when applicable.
• Deliver safety communications and collaborate with location safety personnel.
