Responsibilities

• Assess and assign any/all open events.
• Verify proper authorization to dispatch the event.
• Assign nearest service provider to perform repairs.
• Advise customer of ETA and follow instructions.
• Inform manager of delays or problems with repairs.
• Coordinate with New Call/Follow Up Reps to resolve issues.
• Handle overflow of new inbound events.
• Assist in addressing customer inquiries.
• Perform peer training as needed.
• Maintain above average efficiency and good attendance.
• Uphold Coordinator-Dispatcher II requirements and duties.
