The role collaborates with operations, sales, and customer service, coaches the dispatch team, and drives safety and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, office-based environment with occasional travel in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a dynamic transportation/logistics environment.
• Strong knowledge of dispatching, routing, fleet coordination, and customer service practices.
• Proven capability to analyze operational data, solve problems, and make sound business decisions.
