You will oversee daily dispatch activities across New York State, manage a team of dispatch and scheduling professionals, and collaborate with plant operations, sales, and transport teams to ensure reliable service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading dispatch and logistics teams in fast-paced environments.
• Proven staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation abilities.
• Experience in ready-mix/construction materials or industrial logistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily dispatch, scheduling, and logistics activities for New York State ready-mix operations.
• Manage and develop a team of dispatch, scheduling, and customer service professionals.
• Optimize driver scheduling, fleet utilization, and resource planning.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve productivity and service quality.
• Partner with plant operations, sales, customer service, and transportation teams to address operational challenges.
