Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks a Senior Discovery Business and System Analyst to join the Legal team. You will support business processes, document requirements, and analyze systems to improve efficiency and ensure solutions meet business needs.

The role emphasizes gap analysis, validation of proposed IT solutions, test script development, and collaboration with PMO to prioritize initiatives. CGS offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Document and manage new and existing business processes to facilitate training, analysis, and redesign.
Conduct thorough analysis of existing and new business processes to identify opportunities for improving workforce efficiency.
Analyze operational business requirements and perform gap analysis for modifications to existing processes.
Create and maintain a requirements database documenting how each requirement is supported.

Responsibilities

Validate that proposed solutions meet the underlying need.
Collect marketing materials from providers and deliver an Analysis of Alternatives for PMO.
Build and execute thorough test scripts to evaluate product capabilities.
Review solution configuration changes to maintain an accurate picture of business capabilities.
