• Experience collecting marketing materials and performing analyses of alternatives.

Responsibilities

• Document and manage new and existing business processes for training and analysis.
• Analyze current processes to identify workforce efficiency improvements.
• Assess operational requirements and perform gap analysis for changes.
• Create and maintain a requirements database mapping requirements to supported solutions.
• Validate proposed solutions meet underlying needs and deliver capabilities.
• Collect and review vendor marketing materials and perform analyses of alternatives.
• Document and manage functional capabilities of IT solutions and changes.
• Conduct thorough testing to evaluate products and inform purchase decisions.
