CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Senior Discovery Business and System Analyst to support legal accounts in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes documenting processes, conducting in-depth analysis, and validating technical solutions to meet business needs.

You will build requirements databases, run gap analyses, and craft test scripts while collaborating with PMO and cross-functional teams in a government contracting context.

Qualifications

• Experience providing business and IT systems analysis support.
• Ability to document and manage business processes and requirements.
• Experience validating proposed solutions against needs.

Responsibilities

• Document and manage new and existing business processes to facilitate training, analysis, and redesign.
• Analyze current and new processes to identify efficiency improvements.
• Perform gap analyses for modifications to existing processes.
• Create and maintain a requirements database.
• Validate that proposed solutions meet the underlying needs.
• Collect marketing materials from providers and document capabilities.
• Analyze existing capabilities against requirements to identify gaps.
• Prepare an Analysis of Alternatives for PMO prioritization.
• Build and execute test scripts to evaluate products.
• Review solution configurations to maintain accurate capability maps.
• Perform other systems analysis tasks as assigned.
