CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Discovery IT System Administrator to join our Legal team. The role focuses on keeping electronic discovery applications available, secure, and well-integrated with cloud and on‑prem environments.

You will administer systems, monitor performance, and work with vendors to implement fixes and improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Relativity or Veritas ediscovery, SQL Server, and cloud services, with the ability to

Qualifications

• Experience with electronic discovery tools and enterprise search platforms.
• Ability to administer and monitor complex IT systems and infrastructure.
• Knowledge of cloud services (Azure/AWS) and relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day availability of electronic discovery applications and tools.
• Administer and monitor systems, install and maintain OS and software.
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks and coordinate fixes with vendors.
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
• Support architecture discussions and training for end-users.
• Assist with e-discovery tool implementations and migrations.
