CGS Federal is seeking a Senior Discovery Business and System Analyst to support legal accounts in a fast-paced environment. You will document and optimize business processes, collect requirements, and assess IT solutions to enhance government contracting capabilities.

The role emphasizes thorough analysis, testing, and collaboration with PMO to drive strategic improvements while delivering high-quality business outcomes for government programs.

Qualifications

• Document and manage new and existing business processes to facilitate training, analysis and redesign.
• Analyze existing and new processes to identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
• Analyze operational business requirements and identify gaps for modifications.
• Create and maintain a requirements database mapping requirements to support.
• Validate proposed solutions address underlying needs.
• Review solution configurations to maintain accurate business capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Document and manage business processes for training and redesign.
• Analyze processes to improve workforce efficiency and identify gaps.
• Conduct gap analyses for modifications to existing processes.
• Build and maintain a requirements repository and validate solutions.
• Prepare analyses of alternatives for PMO prioritization.
