Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Current valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Empower Volunteers: Lead and manage a diverse volunteer team responsible for disaster cycle services across the region.
• Lead the Program: Oversee disaster cycle services activities within the geographic area or region.
• Mission Capacity Building: Develop Disaster Leadership Volunteers and ensure representation of communities served.
• Engage Community: Prepare and mobilize communities and collaborate with partners to respond to disasters.
