Job summary

Senior Director, Workforce Transformation is sought for remote work in the Enterprise Technology space. Location: Remote. Compensation: $225,000 – $270,000 annually.

This leader will shape the enterprise workforce strategy at the intersection of AI, productivity, and organizational design. The role will translate workforce signals into actionable plans for hiring, upskilling, automation, and role redesign. It will also partner closely with senior leaders to guide change, communicate progress, and ensure responsible AI principles are embedded in the transformation agenda.
