The role is remote with a compensation range of $150,500 to $215,000 annually, reflecting senior responsibility and global regulatory

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application in optimizing outcomes.
• An advanced degree or equivalent experience in a field requiring ethical reasoning
• Deep practical literacy in AI and machine learning systems to identify risks
• Expertise in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology policy
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and influence at the executive level
• Exceptional skill in translating abstract ethical concepts into actionable language

This role will shape and govern the ethical use of AI in the workplace, with a focus on workforce‑adjacent tools and emerging use cases. You will act as a trusted independent advisor to challenge proposed AI initiatives, assess potential risks, and help translate ethical principles into practical business guidance. The position also partners closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure AI‑driven decisions remain responsible, transparent, and aligned with evolving global expectations.

Location: Remote
