Shutterfly is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development to shape and execute growth for its White Label Consumer Products business. You will identify, negotiate, and expand strategic partnerships with consumer brands, retailers, and platforms to drive revenue and manufacturing scale.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business-related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales.
• Proven success building and scaling partnerships that generate multi‑million-dollar revenue streams.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and driving large partnerships.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a multi-year growth strategy for Shutterfly's White Label Consumer Products business.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of strategic partnerships across channels and verticals.
• Lead BD efforts from prospecting through contract execution and launch.
• Achieve aggressive revenue, profit, and growth targets while expanding market share.
• Develop scalable partnership frameworks and commercial models for long-term value creation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard and execute partner programs.
