We seek a VP of Strategic Partnerships & Business Development to own the full-cycle strategy, originate and close high-impact deals, and build a high-performing team across consumer, digital platform, or commerce environments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances
• Strong track record of originating and closing high-impact partnerships
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage portfolios
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and executive relationship skills
• Experience with platform businesses, ecosystems, or consumer networks is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the strategic partnerships and business development roadmap
• Identify and prioritize new partnership opportunities across multiple channels
• Own the full partnership lifecycle from sourcing to governance
• Oversee health and performance of the existing partnership portfolio
• Lead portfolio evaluation and implementation decisions across the ecosystem
• Expand partnerships to grow customer value, brand relevance, and revenue
• Embed partnerships into high-frequency consumer journeys
• Structure deals with creative models to maximize impact
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational soundness
• Build business cases with financial and operational analysis
• Lead cross-functional launches and integrations with clear milestones
• Plan budgets and executive updates for partnerships
