Job summary

Shutterfly is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development to drive growth for White Label Consumer Products. You will build partnerships with brands, retailers, eCommerce platforms, and creator ecosystems to expand revenue, manufacturing volume, and market reach.

The role requires senior leadership, deep negotiation experience, and a track record of creating new revenue streams across multiple channels. Remote-friendly with state-acceptable residency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Operations, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years in BD, strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, or channel leadership.
• Proven success building partnerships generating multi-million-dollar revenue.
• Experience in personalized consumer products, print-on-demand, or white-label manufacturing.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year growth strategy for Shutterfly's White Label Consumer Products business.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of strategic partnerships.
• Lead BD efforts from prospecting through contract execution and launch.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure partner onboarding and scale.
• Drive revenue growth and expand market share.
