Job summary

Shutterfly is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development to drive growth for White Label Consumer Products. This role will identify, develop, and expand strategic partnerships leveraging Shutterfly's manufacturing and fulfillment capabilities.

The ideal leader will cultivate relationships with consumer brands, retailers, eCommerce platforms, and loyalty programs, while defining go-to-market strategies and joint business plans. Remote-friendly with travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Operations or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 12+ years in business development, strategic partnerships or enterprise sales.
• Experience selling personalized consumer products and white-label solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year growth strategy for White Label Consumer Products.
• Build and manage a pipeline of strategic partnership opportunities.
• Lead BD efforts from prospecting through contract execution and launch.
• Achieve revenue, profit and growth targets; expand market share.
• Structure commercial agreements aligning partner objectives with business goals.
