Ladders seeks a Sr. Director of Web Strategy & Experience to own the vision and execution of the company’s web presence in a way that drives revenue from enterprise buyers.

You will partner with marketing, design, development, content, and analytics to elevate the website as a core growth channel, lead strategy, and scale a high-performing web team in a fast-paced Enterprise Tech environment.

Qualifications

• B2B website strategy, digital marketing, or web product management – 12+ years.
• 5-8 years of team management experience including designers and developers.
• WebOps stacks with CMS and analytics expertise.
• In-depth knowledge of B2B SaaS web journeys and conversion strategies.
• Proven ability to develop talent into future leaders.
• Experience building and scaling web teams from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the company’s website.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver impactful website updates.
• Drive conversion rate optimization and funnel performance.
• Maintain high standards for UX and design across platforms.
• Ensure optimal technical infrastructure and web performance.
• Lead hiring and development of a high-performing web team.
• Manage priorities and maintain team momentum in uncertain conditions.
