Job summary

Gong is seeking a vision-driven Sr. Director of Web Strategy & Experience to own gong.io. You will lead strategy, design, and performance at the intersection of brand, product marketing, CRO, and web engineering.

Build and develop a high-performing team of designers, developers, and content producers to deliver a world-class digital storefront that reflects our leadership and drives pipeline. You will anchor Roadmaps, foster cross-functional collaboration, and push for conversion improvements

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading high-growth enterprise B2B website strategy, digital marketing, or web product management.
• 5-8+ years directly managing designers, developers, or content teams.
• Proven track record managing WebOps stacks and analytics.
• Deep understanding of high-converting B2B SaaS web journeys and CRO.
• Experience building or scaling a web/digital team with hiring plans.

Responsibilities

• Vision & Strategy: Define and execute the roadmap for gong.io, aligning with messaging and GTM.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Coordinate content, brand, design, and web engineering for updates.
• Conversion & Performance: Lead CRO programs, A/B testing, personalization, and analytics.
• UX & Design Excellence: Maintain design fidelity, responsive layouts, accessibility, and micro-interactions.
• Technical Infrastructure: Ensure CMS architecture, site speed, and security.
• Team Leadership: Hire and develop designers, developers, and content producers.
• Lead Through Ambiguity: Align stakeholders and maintain momentum amid shifting directions.
