Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Environmental/Civil or related technical discipline.
• 12+ years of progressive process engineering experience, including water/wastewater design.
• 7+ years leading engineering teams and cross-functional orgs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the process engineering function for NORAM Water Tech.
• Establish engineering priorities, operating models, and capability plans.
• Drive scalable, repeatable treatment solutions aligned to market needs.
• Collaborate with commercial and product teams to deliver technically robust, commercially competitive solutions.
• Provide governance over design controls and technical approvals.
• Champion knowledge sharing and standardization across projects and markets.
