• 12+ years in process engineering with water and wastewater experience.
• 7+ years of leadership managing engineering teams.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align engineering with commercial goals.
• Proven ability to lead through complexity and drive organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead vision, strategy, and execution of the process engineering function for Water Tech NORAM.
• Establish priorities, operating models, and capability plans to respond to market opportunities.
• Drive scalable, repeatable, and differentiated treatment solutions.
• Provide executive oversight of process design activities for WaterTech NORAM.
• Align engineering with market needs and commercial objectives.
• Promote knowledge sharing and standardization across projects.
