Veolia Water Tech is seeking a Senior Director of Process Engineering to lead NORAM's process engineering function for water, wastewater, and biosolid systems. You will shape strategy, build high-performing teams, and deliver technically sound, commercially aligned solutions across markets.

This role requires deep technical knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to translate market needs into scalable treatment solutions while driving safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 12+ years of progressive experience in process engineering, including substantial experience in water and wastewater treatment system design and application.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams, functions, or multidisciplinary technical organizations.
• Deep knowledge of water and wastewater treatment technologies and their application across multiple industry markets.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to align engineering decisions with commercial, operational, and strategic objectives.
• Proven ability to lead through complexity, influence across functions, and drive organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead vision, strategy, and execution of the process engineering function for NORAM integrated growth objectives.
• Establish engineering priorities, operating models, and capability plans to respond to market opportunities and customer demands.
• Drive development of scalable, repeatable, and differentiated treatment solutions aligned with industry needs.
• Build and develop a best-in-class process engineering organization with technical depth and leadership capability.
• Champion knowledge sharing, engineering standardization, and institutional learning across projects and markets.
