Veolia Water Tech NORAM seeks a Senior Director – Process Engineering to lead the NORAM process engineering function for water, wastewater, and biosolid treatment. You will shape engineering strategy, build high-performing teams, and partner with commercial and operations to deliver technically rigorous and commercially competitive solutions.

The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and scaling innovative treatment solutions across markets, with travel 20% as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field is preferred.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent credential is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the process engineering function for NORAM.
Develop scalable, repeatable treatment solutions aligned with market needs.
Build and develop a high-performance process engineering organization.
Drive engineering standards, methodologies, and governance across the portfolio.
Partner with commercial, product, operations, and project execution teams to deliver technically robust solutions.
