Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, Civil Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 12+ years of progressive process engineering experience, including water/wastewater.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams.
• Deep knowledge of water and wastewater treatment technologies across markets.
• Strong business acumen; align engineering with commercial and strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead vision, strategy, and execution of process engineering for Water Tech NORAM growth.
• Set priorities, operating models, and capability plans for rapid response to market opportunities.
• Drive scalable, repeatable treatment solutions aligned with market needs.
• Lead an engineering organization with technical depth and customer focus.
• Ensure governance, standards, and quality controls across projects.
• Collaborate with commercial, product, and operations teams on customer opportunities.
